Open Houses can be incredible. Most agents and teams focus on the wrong audience. 

They go to open houses hoping to get people to sign in. They spend hours of time following up with bad leads or entering leads into a CRM. They offer very little value and in the end they host more open houses than needed to barely get any sales from them. 

The challenge isn't that the Open Houses don't provide results. The challenge is that you need a system to attract sellers AND buyers consistently that takes the pains away while delivering real results.
