WHO IS
JOSH PONO
For years Josh Pono has been recruited by the biggest real estate tech companies, teams, and fastest growing brokerage to help them build their sales and marketing tech systems including a Gary Keller Top 100 team, The Altman Brothers from Bravo Tvs Million Dollar Listing, Boomtown ROI and KVcore.
He spent 5 years in real estate mastering the sales process selling 33 homes in his first year of real estate in Sunny San Diego without a sphere of influence. In the 5 years of transacting real estate full time he sold 182 homes including 88 homes in 2021 and 2022. Very few coaches, trainers, tech companies, agents etc have the collection of all sides of the puzzle complete.
He combined 14+ of real estate specific sales, marketing, technology, and transactional experience to launch Ponoisms. Ponoisms is a unicorn in the industry that helps agents, teams and brokerages accomplish their goals.
Ponoisms is the exact sales, prospecting, technology, and marketing strategies, step by step, that he used to dominate in a market with over 20,000 agents in it.
CAREER
Starting his real estate career in 2009 by helping agents and brokers implement lead generation and CRMs into their business. He excelled above his peers by showing agents how to implement the technology they invested in to increase leads, profits, and conversion rates.
His journey on the lead gen side of the business continued as he was promoted to lead trainer where he honed his skills in training and building sales systems. He eventually became a manager, responsible for training and leading hundreds of sales reps to help agents with their technology and sales. After 4 years, Josh was recruited by a start up to be their Director of Sales and Product Development Leader. Over his tenure he was responsible for the development of the sales and processes for the entire sales division of the company. He worked with high level agents, teams, and offices (the top 3% in real estate nationwide) specializing in implementing marketing and lead generation strategies.
